Balance skills

* Dex 150, no bar
* Fire Pillar skill: can be placed under your feet (but cannot be placed under your feet on PVP\&GVG maps)
* All types of Tarp skills: cannot be placed under your feet
* Tarp skills cannot be bounced in GVG
* Blitz Beat skill: summoned bird does not split damage
* Bowling Bash skill: 1 hit on grid lines / 2 hits off grid lines
* Grimtooth skill uses 3 SP
* Double Strafe skill uses 12 SP
* Assassins can equip status arrows
* Double Critical (Criteble)
* Steal skill uses 50 SP
* Steal Coin skill uses 150 SP
* Resurrection skill level 4 gives 50% HP
* No Greed support skill
* Mammonite uses 5 SP / 100 zeny
* Sonic Blow is 70% stronger on PvP\&GvG maps
* Holy Light is 100% stronger on all maps
* Resurrection uses 5 Blue Gemstones instead of 1
* Teleport skill level 1 uses 80 SP, level 2 uses 70 SP
* Sage elemental coating skill duration is 15 minutes, down from 30 minutes
* Autosteal is hard to trigger and cannot be used while AI is active
* Holy Cross skill calculates element according to the weapon
* Sonic Blow skill can be moved during skill use
* The following dance skills are map-restricted
* 1\. Service For You 
* 2\. Bragi's Poem 
* 3\. Fortune's Kiss 
* 4\. A Drum on the Battlefield
